Ingredients

2 poundssirloin tip
or top round roast

1 poundground chuck

1onion
large, chopped

3cloves garlic
minced

2jalapeno peppers
small, seeded and minced

1 quartchicken broth

1can tomato sauce

¾ cupchili sauce

2cans diced tomatoes

1can mild green chilies

8chocolate kisses

1 teaspooncumin

3 tablespoonschili powder

1 teaspoonseasoned salt

1 teaspooncelery salt

1 teaspoonsalt

1 teaspoonblack pepper

Fritos chips

shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the sirloin or round roast into ¼-inch cubes.
Step 2
Brown the chopped sirloin and ground chuck in a Dutch oven along with the onion, garlic and jalapeno pepper.
Step 3
Add the chicken broth, tomato sauce, chili sauce, diced tomatoes, and mild green chilies.
Step 4
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer.
Step 5
Add the chocolate and stir in as it melts.
Step 6
In a small bowl, combine the cumin, chili powder, seasoned salt, celery salt, Kosher salt and pepper. Stir the seasonings into the chili, cover and continue to simmer for one hour.
Step 7
To serve, cover bottom of bowl with Fritos, ladle the chili into the bowl and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
