2cloves garlic
minced

1 cupheavy cream

½ cupgrated parmesan cheese

½ cupfresh spinach

1 poundprotein pasta
fettuccine

1 poundground chicken

½ cupricotta cheese

¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese

¼ cupbreadcrumbs

1egg
beaten

¼ teaspoongarlic powder

¼ teaspoononion powder

salt
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until just combined.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.

In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the pasta according to package directions.

Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss to coat.

Add the meatballs to the pasta and sauce, and serve immediately.
