Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook Beef Bites: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef bites and onions, cooking until the beef is browned and the onions are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

2. Add Flavors: Season with salt, crushed red pepper, and minced garlic. Cook for an additional minute until fragrant. Pour in the beef broth, making sure to scrape up any browned bits from the skillet for added flavor. Bring the mixture to a boil.

3. Cook Pasta: Add uncooked pasta to the boiling broth. Stir frequently and cook for about 10 minutes, until the pasta is almost tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
Step 4
4. Add Zucchini: Stir in the chopped zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes until tender.
Step 5
5. Finish the Dish: Stir in the lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, and halved grape tomatoes. Remove from heat. Top with freshly chopped basil and the remaining Parmesan cheese before serving.
