Instructions
Step 1
Place the walnuts in a medium bowl. Cover the nuts with a few centimeters of water and add the salt. Cover and set aside to soak 8-10 hours.

Drain the nuts and rinse thoroughly.
Step 3
In a blender, place walnuts, hemp seeds, and vanilla with 1 litre/4 cups filtered water. Use a little less water for a creamier consistency or a little more for a thinner milk. Blend in high speed for 2-3 mins, or until thoroughly combined, white, and frothy.

Step 4
Line a jug with a nut milk bag or place a colander lined with cheesecloth over a bowl. Pour the milk into the bag or cloth to strain the nut and seed pull. Squeeze or press with clean hands to extract as much milk as possible.
Step 5
Shake before using, as the milk will naturally separate.
