Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onions, finely chop the garlic and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
Step 2
Start preparing the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and set the heat to medium-high. Add the onion and garlic and fry for approx. 2 mins. until translucent.
Step 4
In the meantime, blanch the broccoli for approx. 2 mins. Then drain.
Step 5
Add the broccoli to the pan and season with salt, pepper and chili. Sauté for approx. 3-4 mins. until the broccoli is lightly browned.
Step 6
Pour in the white wine and leave to reduce for approx. 2-3 mins.
Step 7
Pour in the cream.
Step 8
Cut the salmon into cubes and add to the pan. Allow the sauce to simmer for approx. 6-7 mins.
Step 9
Grate the Parmesan into the sauce and simmer again for approx. 2 mins.
Step 10
Finally, add the pasta and mix everything well. Enjoy!
