Instructions
Step 1
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat oven to 400F, and bake salmon filet for 12-16 minutes. Break the salmon to bite-size with folk, and set aside.
Step 2
Follow the instruction on the pasta, and cook pasta. Save the pasta cooking water for later.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat, and add garlic; saute for about 1 minute.
Step 4
Add broccoli and sautee. Add white wine, pasta, cooking water, cooked pasta.
Step 5
Add half and half salmon, red pepper flakes. Taste, and add salt and pepper as you like.
