1 ½ tspdry yeast
3 ¼ cupbread flour
2 Tbspdry milk
2 tspsalt
2 Tbspbutter
¼ cuprye flour
⅓ cupwhole wheat flour
¼ cupcornmeal
3 Tbspcocoa powder

Instructions
Step 1
Remove bread pan from unit. Twist slightly counterclockwise and pull up, using the handle. Mount the kneading blade on the shaft.
Step 2
Place dry yeast inside the bread pan
Step 3
Add flour then other dry ingredients to the pan
Step 4
Pour wet ingredients into the pan
Step 5
Place the bread pan inside the body. Be sure the bread pan contacts the bottom of the unit. Fold the handle down.
Step 6
Close lid and plug in
Step 7
Select basic mode and bake
Step 8
Press start and allow to run (about 4 hours)
Step 9
When the bread machine beeps, use an oven mit to remove the bread pan.
Step 10
Turn the pan upside down and shake to release bread. If the kneading blade comes out, use heat resistant plastic utensils to remove it.
Step 11
Place on a wire rack and allow to cool
Step 12
Unplug bread machine
