preheat your oven to 200C.

mince the garlic.

add tomatoes to a baking tray with olive oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper. put in the oven and bake until the tomatoes burst open (15-20m).

boil the spaghetti according to instructions in salted water. reserve 250ml of pasta water once cooked.

once the pasta and tomatoes are done, add tomato paste, some olive oil (2tbsp) and lemon juice to a pan on medium heat with the reserved pasta water, then mix in the roasted tomatoes. season with salt and pepper to taste.
