Instructions
Step 1
Prepare potato and then bowl/steam it until soft and mashable.
Step 2
Add in flour and salt.
Step 3
Add flour or water until dough mixture isn't too sticky or too cracked.
Step 4
Pinch into about 7 balls, flattening and placing mozz in the center. Pinch closed.
Step 5
Roll into a ball and squish flatish into cookie like shapes.
Step 6
Pan fry on medium heat until browned
