Baked salmon with vegetables

Fish: mix Italian herbs with lemon juice, salt and some oil - spread all over the fish, inside stuff it with thin lemon slices and thyme leaves.
Potatoes: mix Italian herbs with oil, salt and mustard - then toss Potatoes nicely in the mixture
Other vegetables just drizzle with drop of oil and place everything inside the oven on 200° for apx an hour.
