Instructions
Step 1
Make the spicy salmon: In a bowl, mix salmon, aioli, and dried chilli flakes until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Make the cauliflower sushi rice: In a separate bowl, mix together the warm cauliflower rice, vinegar, sesame seeds, and flaxseeds. Set aside.

Make the miso-tahini sauce: Soak the date in hot water for 10-15 mins to soften, then drain. In a mini food processor, blend together all sauce ingredients. Thin with 1-2 tablespoons of water, or until the dip is thick but pour able.
