Instructions
Step 1
Mix water, yeast, honey, and 500g flour.
Step 2
Cover 1 hour.
Step 3
Add rest of flour, salt, and olive oil.
Step 4
Mix with dough hook until smooth.
Step 5
Rest 1 hour.
Step 6
Cut in half, divide into 250g balls and store or use after resting 6 hours.
