Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a small loaf pan.
Step 2
Drain and rinse the white beans, then mash them in a bowl.
Step 3
Add eggs, skyr, ground almonds, psyllium husks, chia seeds (if using), baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Step 5
Bake for 45-50 minutes, until firm and golden. Let cool before slicing.
