Instructions

Step 1
1. In a deep bowl, sift chickpea flour and add psyllium, salt, coriander, and cardamom. 2. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in lemon juice. 3. Pour water and mix thoroughly for 5-8 minutes until a homogeneous dough is formed. 4. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. 5. Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Moisten your hands with water and shape the dough into a loaf. 6. Sprinkle the loaf with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and cumin. 7. Use a knife to make cuts on the surface of the dough. 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 70 minutes. 9. After baking, cool the bread on a rack before slicing.
