Instructions
Step 1

Bring pork shoulder to room temperature by taking it out of the fridge for 1hr
Step 2
Rub all over with olive oil and sea salt
Step 3
Place in Air Fryer at 210c for 20mins
Step 4
Reduce to 160c for another 45-50 mins or use the probe to get internal temperature to 63
Step 5
Take out and rest for 10mins before carving
