Instructions
Step 1
Start by gathering all the ingredients. Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and zest the lemon. Juice the lemon and set it aside.

In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until all the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more intense flavor.
