Instructions
Step 1
Combine wine, lemon juice, capers, and dill in small bowl.
Step 2
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until beginning to lightly brown.
Step 3
Then chicken pieces and add mushrooms to skillet. Pour wine mixture evenly over chicken. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Step 4
Transfer chicken to serving platter; keep warm. Increase heat to medium-high; boil 1 minute until slightly reduced.
