Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken using the butterfly cutting technique.
Step 2
Coat the chicken with corn starch.
Step 3
Put some oil in a pan and set it to low heat.
Step 4
Fry the chicken skin side down for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Turn it over and fry for another 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the chicken. Thicken the sauce until has a nicely glazed texture.
