TIPS:
* Once rolled, cut in half and semi freeze so will be easier to cut individual rolls more neatly.
* Preheat extra baking tray in oven. When infornando, put tray with sausage rolls on directly on top of heated tray. This will start to cook the bottoms immediately to prevent soggy bottoms.

Instructions
Step 1
Sautéed small chopped onion and garlic in pan. (Little sherry). Put in fridge/freezer to chill for 10mims.
Step 2
Get puff pastry out of fridge. Preheat oven at 180c.
Step 3
Blitzed mince and other ingredients in food processor. (Add drop of oil or butter in filling mix next time?)
Step 4
Egg wash and roll filling in pastry, rather than crimp edges together. Score tops.
Step 5
• Bake at 180c for 20-25 mins
