Instructions
Step 1
Sautéed small chopped onion and garlic in pan. (Little sherry). Put in fridge/freezer to chill for 10mims.
Step 2
Get puff pastry out of fridge. Preheat oven at 180c.
Step 3
Blitzed mince and other ingredients in food processor. Use handheld in mixing bowl next time. (Add drop of oil or butter in filling mix next time?)
Step 4
Egg wash and roll filling in pastry, rather than crimp edges together. Score tops.
Step 5
• Bake at 180c for 20-25 mins
