. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter with the cream cheese and brown sugar until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes.

2. Add the confectioners' sugar and mix until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips.

3. Serve at room temperature with graham crackers for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days (bring to room temperature before serving).
