Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven or an air fryer to 400°F. If using the oven, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Place the ground pork in a large bowl and add the salt. Use your hands to work the salt into the meat. Divide the seasoned pork into 8 equal portions. 3. Flatten each portion of the seasoned pork into a patty and place a peeled egg in the center. Mold the pork around the egg. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each pork-wrapped egg. Repeat with the remaining pork, eggs, and prosciutto. 4. Place the wrapped eggs on the lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the prosciutto is crispy. 5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to a month. To reheat, place in a preheated 400°F oven or air fryer for 3 minutes, or until heated through.
