Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rigatoni. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook, breaking it up into small pieces, until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce starts to thicken.
