rinsed and drained
1cucumber

Pesto Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside to cool completely
Step 2
Dice all your veggies, then whisk together dressing ingredients (adding more milk 1 tbsp at a time to thin if needed)
Step 3
Distribute ingredients amongst 3-4 jars (this will depend on how big your jars are
Step 4
Starting with 1. Dressing then 2. Bell Pepper, Cucumber, Chickpeas, Red Onion and lastly 3. Pasta.
