Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together
Step 2
Melt oil, honey, cinnamon and vanilla together until just mixed.
Step 3
Pour over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Step 4
Spread evenly over baking paper lined pan.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC (preheated). Remove. Stir on try. For clumpy granola, press back down for another 12 min.
Step 6
Turn oven off and let cool for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Break into pieces and store in air tight container for up to 3 months.
