Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 375 and in a small saucepan cook apple in butter until soft. Set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile in a cast iron pan sear both sides of pork chops in butter rubbed with salt, brown sugar, and a dash of cinnamon until browned on both sides
Step 3
Put apple and applesauce mixture on top of pork chops and place in oven until done 145 degrees
