Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375⁰F (190⁰C)
Step 2
Crack eggs into medium bowl
Step 3
Add cottage cheese and milk to eggs
Step 4
Chop all veggies and add to egg mixture
Step 5
Add seasonings and mix well until fully incorporated
Step 6
Grease baking dish (8x8 in)
Step 7
Pour egg mixture into greased baking dish
Step 8
Bake at 375⁰F for 35+ minutes; It will be done once the edges crisp and pull away from the edge of the dish, and the center is no longer watery
Step 9
Allow to cool before cutting into 6 pieces
