Instructions

Step 1
Brown 2 pounds ground Italian Sausage in skillet with half onion and some garlic. Drain grease and add to crockpot
Step 2
Next add these into crockpot: 2 tsp minced garlic, one 16 oz can petite diced tomatoes, one 8 oz can of tomato sauce, 2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 3 cups beef broth, and bay leaf
Step 3
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Step 4
30 minutes before you want to serve this add in a box of rigatoni, mix around and cook for those 30 minutes. All of the liquid you see at this point will be absorbed in those 30 mins, don't worry!
Step 5
Add in 8oz of mozzarella cheese, mix & serve.
