Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cut cauliflower
Step 2
Put cauliflower in a Corningware with lid to retain steam
Step 3
Microwave 3 times for 3 minutes each time and stir in between, let the water from stream accumulate
Step 4
Drain water, add olive oil, salt and spices
Step 5
Bake with lid for 30 minutes at 350F
