For the dressing
Instructions
Step 1

Chop brocolli into florets then steam for 8 minutes or boil
Step 2

Sprinkle Parmesan on a lined baking sheet then use a glass to squish each piece of broccoli down . Add more Parmesan on top red pepper flakes cumin garlic oil and salt and black pepper to taste . Bake at 200 c 400 f for 15 minutes
Step 3

Add all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix then drizzle over the broccoli or dunk the broccoli in ! Enjoy .
