White Bean Milkshake

2 steps
Prep:5min
I'm not lying when I say this may be the best chocolate milkshake I've ever tasted; healthy or not. This is spot on to a sweet and delicious chocolate milkshake, but it's vegan, gluten free, and sugar free. This glass contains over 16 g of protein and 12 g of fiber, and is a good source of B vitamins like thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), and folate (B9), as well as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, and manganese

You can also pour it into an airtight container and freeze it to get ice cream. Freeze for about 4 hours, mixing every hour or so with a spoon to break up ice crystals. Enjoy right away, or store in the freezer for later. I prefer the milkshake, as the "ice cream" is more like a chocolate ice, but it's still very good
