Ingredients

12 cups of water
3tomatoes
3garlic cloves
Oregon
Mexican
1Onion white
1 bunchcilantro
garlic salt
to taste
2Chipotle peppers in sauce
2serrano pepper
4Corn on the cob
2potato
2carrots
2zucchini
Instructions
Step 1
Add tomato, 1/2 or qtr onion, oregano, any other herbs you want and cilantro a little and garlic to blender. Blend then add 1 cup of the broth from the chicken. Add sauce to soup
Step 2
After an 30 mins shred chicken breasts add meat back with carrots and potatoes and corn then 15 mins later add zucchini cook about 10 more mins then serve with Mexican rice
