Step 1
Add butter to dutch oven over medium - high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned. Add onions and celery, cook until soft. Add can of mushrooms. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Mix water, eggs and cream chicken soup together in small bowl until combined. Add to sausage mix then fold in cubed dry bread and sage.
Step 3
Cook at 375 for 1 hour covered.
