Instructions

Step 1
Cook diced onions in fat or butter for 10-12 min in a large pot

Pour in wine, tomatoes, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil

Simmer for 10 min on low so milk and cheese don't burn. Stir constantly. Salt and pepper to taste
