1 pinchcinnamon
50 grbutter
bay leaves
3cloves garlic
ras el hanout
Filling
Instructions
Step 1
Sear meat pieces with the spices in a high pan

Step 2
Mix ground beef with its spices
Step 3
Add rice to the filling and mix
Step 4
Put some of the filling on a leaf (if fresh, keep in hot water for 5 min. If preserved, rinse well) and roll in shape
Step 5
Put all filled leaves on top of the meat in the pot
Step 6
Cover with water and bring to a boil, then put low heat and cook till done
Step 7
Remove water and flip into a tray
