Instructions

Step 1
Bring large pot of water to boil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Slice Bell Peppers in half long ways.
Step 3
Boil Peppers for 5 minutes and set aside
Step 4
Combine ground beef, rice, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, ground pepper, Tuscan herb, onion and oregano together and mix well.
Step 5
Loosely stuff meat filling into each pepper
Step 6
Bake in casserole dish for 40 minutes
Step 7
While baking combine Ketchup, brown sugar and mustard in a separate bowl.
Step 8
After baking for 40 minutes, top each pepper with Ketchup sauce
