Instructions

Step 1
Cube your chicken
Step 2
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Step 3
Coat chicken with 1 tbsp of corn startch and season with ft of garlic powder
Step 4
Fry chicken in large pan until golden brown on both sides
Step 5
Remove chicken from pan, in the same pan, add two scoops chilli paste, one scoop minced garlic and a splash of sesame oil to same pan. Cook for 2 minutes
Step 6
Add splash of water, and rice vinegar. Add a ft of honey and some soy sauce. Stir until it begins to thicken.
Step 7
Add back chicken, and continue to stir until it becomes a sauce.
Step 8
Serve on bed of rice and enjoy
