Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F

Step 2
Take a greased 9x12 baking dish and add in a 32oz bag of tater tots. Make sure that they’re in single layer at the bottom of the baking dish.

Step 3
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4
While the Tater Tots are cooking, grab a large mixing bowl and add in cooked shredded chicken, BBQ sauce (I used Manwich Bourbon BBQ sauce), and about a cup of pico de gallo. Reserve some pico de gallo to top the dish with at the end. *Pico de Gallo can be exchanged for salsa.

Step 5
Give the bowl of ingredients a really good mix and add to the top of the Tater Tots once they’re cooked. Smooth the mixture out evenly over the top of the Tater Tots.

Step 6
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the dish.
Step 7
Place the baking dish back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Once cooked top with the left over pico de gallo.
