Instructions
Step 1
Mix the peanut butter and softened butter in a mixing bowl
Step 2
Gradually stir in powdered sugar until fully combined
Step 3
Cover and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to firm up
Step 4
Using your hands, shape the dough into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet
Step 5
Cover and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes
Step 6
Melt the chocolate chips
Step 7
Using a fork, dip peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate
Step 8
Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place balls on wax paper
Step 9
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
