Instructions
Step 1
Place cauliflower pieces in pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook 15 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender. Drain.
Step 2
Return cauliflower to the pot, and add butter, milk, and Ritz crackers. Gently stir all ingredients together. NOTE: Add more crackers or butter, if needed.
