Instructions

Step 1
Use food processor to grind peeled garlic, pine nuts, and salt together until fine.
Step 2
Gradually add olive oil to mixture first.
Step 3
Then add butter, black pepper, and after parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Boil pasta of choice. Strain, and add pesto.
