Step 1
Slice your sweet potatoes about 1/4in thick

Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper

Preheat your oven to 425°

Roast in the pre-heated oven 20-25 mins, flipping half way, until golden brown and tender
Step 5
Add the toppings and drizzle with the balsamic reduction
