Instructions
Step 1
Oven to 190. Roast the sausages and grapes with a drizzle of olive oil for 25-30 minutes
Step 2
Toast coriander seeds and then pulse them to a powder. Cook your onion and celery until softened.
Step 3
Add the tomato purée, garlic, herbs and coriander seeds. Then add your red wine, stock and lentils.
Step 4
Cook until the lentils are fully cooked. Serve the lentils, with the sausages and grapes over the top. Finish with some parsley and crème fraiche
