Instructions
Step 1
Wash the meat and pat it dry. Add salt and let it marinate.
Step 2
Dice the veggies in a medium size and throw them in a Dutch oven.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomatoes with the veggies.
Step 4
Place the meat in the Dutch oven and put salt and peper red wine lemon juice thyme and bay leafs.
Step 5
Add water until the veggies and meat are sumberged.
Step 6
Cover them with parchment paper and aluminium foil and place the lid.
