Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Place potatoes in a 9x13 pan that has been prepped with non-stick spray. Spread sausage, then cheeses over the potatoes.
Step 3
Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over potatoes, sausage, & cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Can be made in advance and refrigerated until ready to bake. Freezes well after baking.

OPTIONAL SUBSTITUTIONS

Step 6
Instead of hashbrowns, use O'Brien style potatoes with peppers & onions.
Step 7
Instead of pork sausage, use ham.
Step 8
Use pepper jack or other type of cheese.
