Instructions

Step 1
Warm a large pot on med-low heat. Add oil, garlic, and zucchini. Cook until garlic has browned.
Step 2
Add broth, diced tomatoes, orzo, and all spices to the pot. Simmer on medium-low heat until orzo is soft (about 8-10 minutes).
Step 3
Set heat to low and remove the bay leaves.
Step 4
Stir in the beans and corn.
Step 5
Enjoy!
