Instructions
Step 1
Add oil and onion to pan and wait for onion to soften
Step 2
Add garlic and wait for aroma
Step 3
Add mince and break apart, wait until browned
Step 4
Add frozen vegetables and bell pepper and wait to soften
Step 5
In seperate pot, add rice with water
Step 6
Dissolve stock in water, add to mince, wait until it starts to simmer, leave for about 10 min until water start to dissolve
Step 7
Add all spices and sauces to taste
Step 8
Let simmer for 5 more minutes, serve with rice
