This is a dish containing a good balance of vegetation and proteins of various kinds. The 'Pizza Crust' (https://app.samsungfood.com/recipes/10701931360a2b27766ae182545000c172f) in this recipe is conforming. It is popular with the kids, too.

Instructions
Step 1
Spray a medium size frying pan with the olive oil and saute the onion until soft and translucent, but not brown.

Step 2
Stir in the garlic and the Italian seasoning. Add the tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3
Cook over medium heat, uncovered, stiring grequently, until you obtain a tomato sauce of thick consistency (the cooking process will take up to 30 minutes). Mix in the parsley. Set aside.

Step 4
Spread the mustard in a thin layer over the pre-baked 'Pizza Crust' using a small spatula. Distribute the tomato sauce evenly on top. Optional: Lay out the tomato slices in a circle on top.

Step 5
Bake in a hot oven at 340 degrees F (170 degrees C) for about 20 minutes. If you have chosen to add the tomato slices (optional) to the dish, you will need to add 5 more minutes to the baking time.
Step 6
If you choose the optional version with the Parmesan cheese, you need to take the dish out of the oven about 5 minutes before the end of the baking time and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of the dish. Bake until the cheese is melted, which may take a few minutes.
