Step 1
Briefly fry the pork in 1tablespoon of a nut-based oilina frying pan over a medium heat untilbrowned allover.
Step 2
Add the browned pork to the slow cooker with all the other ingredients and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
