Tangy lemongrass pork

Ingredients
4 servings
600gbonelesspork shoulder
sliced into thin-ish strips

2 Tbsplemongrass
chopped, or lemongrass purée or paste

3garlic cloves
crushed

1 Tbspsoft light brown sugar
or honey

5 Tbspdark soy sauce

1 Tbspfish sauce

chilli
Diced

lime wedges

rice noodles
Instructions
Step 1
Briefly fry the pork in 1tablespoon of a nut-based oilina
frying pan over a medium heat untilbrowned allover.
Step 2
Add the browned pork to the slow cooker with all the
other ingredients and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low
for 6-7 hours.
