Base

For the base cream
1.5 JarsArtichoke

Instructions
Step 1
For the base cream, take the artichokes, separate from the oil, put it in a blender, and add the creme vega to it, and blend it until smooth.

Cut the mushrooms thinly sliced.Then put in a pan with some oil and fry them, adding the sauces, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and Maggi, and fry until brown and a little bit crispy.
Step 3
Thinly chop the long artichokes, pecans and cheese and pears. Put them aside.
Step 4
Flatten the Flammkuchen Dough on a baking tray and add the artichoke paste as a thin layer. Then add the cooked mushrooms, thinly chopped cheese, chopped artichokes and some of the pecan nuts.

Cook in the oven at 200 °C for 15-20 min or until dough is cooked but not burnt
Step 6
Take out of the oven and add the Rucola, Rest of the pecans, pears and a pinch of salt.
