Instructions

Step 1
Heat a medium sauce pan on medium-low heat (4).
Step 2
Add the lentils, water, and taco spice. Cook until most of the water has evaporated.
Step 3
Remove from heat and build Tacos.
Step 4
Press Tacos for about 2-3 on paining press, until lightly browned.
